Pain In The Ankle And Waist. On Hifenac. Suffer From Sinusitis. Any Advice?
I am 45yr old and weigh 65kg ht. 5.6' well maintain figure suffering from joint pain as ankle, toe, waist part one time in period of 5-7 month and I'm taking tab hifenac mr twice a which relief me after 5 to 7 days it remove itself. I do regular excercise when I feel better in heald, since I also suffeered from sinositis (nose blocking) I try to be in very much displene in every way. Kindly advise.
