General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi ! With the history you have given, the nearest diagnosis one can reach is a cervical spondilytis, which can cause headache, and also burning sensation in the hand. The pain in the left may not be related to it. I would suggest you get yourself reviewed by your family physician who may advise you for an x-ray of the cervical spine as an initial investigation tool, and may refer you to a orthopaedician if need be.
Wishing you an early recovery. Thanks.
