Pain In The Jaw, Neck And Shoulders After A Fall. Numbness In The Face And Upper Arm, Headache. What To Do?

I hit the top of my head on a stair well while bending down to get under it and fell on my tailbone..I tried catching myself. Both jaws hurt.24 hrs later my neck, upper shoulders, back and tailbone hurt. I feel a little numbness in my face and left arm. Had a bad headache last night but not today. Pupils fine, no nausea. How long do i wait this out?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain and the numbness that you are having are likely to be due to a soft tissue injury in the area with a mild nerve fibers affection. This is likely to subside gradually in 2-3 weeks.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. You can consult me again directly through my profile URL http://bit.ly/Dr-Praveen-Tayal
