Pain In The Knees After Playing. Dry Mouth And Tongue. Do I Have Juvenile Arthritis?

Hi i´m suffering from pain in my knees and more when i´m active, i play soccer and taekwondo. And lately i`ve been having problems moving around, if i take advil it calms down. i have also noticed that my tongue and mouth feel dry and pale, i weigh 100 pounds, and 16... I`m worried that i could have juvenile arthritis, what could i have??
