Pain In The Lower Abdomen, Frequent Urination, Pain In The Testicles. Sperm In The Urine. What Is Wrong?

Hello Doctor, I have pains in my lower abdomen, urination all time especially when i drink water, sometimes i get pains in my ball, i used so many antibiotics but the pains are still there and regular urine, and after i use the toilet i notice sperm along with my urine.. Doctor what is wrong with me.. Doctors here do not even know what is wrong with me

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have Chronic Prostatitis This can be confirmed only on clinical and digital per rectal examination by a qualified Urologist.and Ultra sound scanning of the abdomen.
Please get your Urine routine and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.
Please take appropriate antibiotic as per culture report after discussing with your family Physician or Urologist.
