Pain In The Right Side Of The Abdomen, Dribbling After Urination, Headaches. Reason?

Hi, im a 21 year old female and I have been experiencing a sharp pain in my right side,feels like its coming from my ovary, not all the time but when I poo and if I sit in a funny position.also I have been having bad stomach pains (like period pains, in the same area) but I haven't had a period this month? Also when I urinate, after I've finished and left the bathroom I constantly dribble like I've stopped urinating before I've actually finished? Then when I go back to the toilet and go irinate again, it's like I haven't urinated for a while and I still get loads that comes out? Also I have been having really bad headaches and feeling quite sleepy throughout the day, and feeling abit sick every so often? I hope this makes sence to you, and hope you can help me, thanks Katy

urinary tract infection which is very common and causes these
it might be associated with gastritis and gerd causing headache nausea vomitings
take norflox 400 mg bd for 2 wk
coverage for uti and digestive system will be there
take citralka 1 tsf bd it will cover as local antiseptic for urinary tract
take gelusil 2 tsf tds
meftal spas sos for pain
take lot of warm water
keep candid vaginal passery at night in vagina for 5 nights as fungal usually develops in these cases
