Pain In The Shoulders After Weight Training Exercise. Advice?

hi thank you for your time i am 20 years old and i like weight traning about a week ago ifelt some pain in my shoulders so i rest for a while and i dont have pain right now but my shoulder feels kind of nagging and somtimes has a little bit pain but i haven t lost my RM so i wanted to know a doctor opinion , thank you so much

The pain in the shoulders that you are having is likely to be due to a muscle cramp. Most of the times such pains do improve on taking oral muscle relaxants and doing a hot fomentation. In case there is any swelling and popping sound then consult your orthopedician.
