Pain In The Stomach, Nausea. Triple Therapy Started. Gastritis Or Peptic Ulcer?
hello doctor,, i suffering from a pain in the head of stomach, all over the sternum , also a pain in the costophrenic angle, with neusea, i ve started a triple therapy suggested that i have a gastritis or a peptic ulcer for 4 days till now,, but i still have the same pains. no melena no bloody vomiting also in the last 2 days i ve started to feel my abdomen is full. no changes in appetite . what to do sir?

History noted, the treatment you are undergoing is well and good. Kindly continue. Avoid Oily and spicy diet. Drink 3 litres of water daily. Go for a brisk walk for half an hour a day. The bloating sensation will subside.Try taking 1 cup of buttermilk daily. You will get well soon.
