Pain In Thighs, Knees, Lower Right Back Since Started Elliptical. Machines Are Not Good For Me?
I'm an avid runner and I was running 10 miles comfortably with no pain. I joined the gym for the first time to find some indoor activities to do during the cold winter months, at the sametime I discovered the elliptical and also started doing light weights. Ever since, I've noticed a slight pain in my medial thighs and knees, sometimes both but more prominent on my right. Now the pain has started in my lower right back, down my medial thigh to the medial knee. Could it be that machines are not good for me? Now I can't run 4 miles without being in discomfort. It's a mild dull, achy pain
