Pain In Upper Arm, Index Finger. History Of Heart Attacks, Arthritis, Fibromyalgia. Treatment?

Hi I am 44 yrs old and have a number of pain issues, I woke up with this excutiating pain in my right upper arm, don t remember doing anything to it, a couple of days ago my index finger started hurting then this. I did have a heart attack when I was 29 also have arthritis and fibromyalgia , herniated discs and disc degeneration, but I have never had this type of pain in my arm before

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having osteo artheritis of various joints.
Go for physiotherapy.
Take some NSAID medicine for pain as and when required.
Take Calcium, Vitamin A and D supplements.
Ok and take care.
