Pain In Vaginal Area, Smooth Protruding Lump On Inner Part Of Vagina, Pain On Putting Pressure, While Showering. Causes And Treatment?

Hi ; I was showering and felt a type of pain in my vaginal area as if something were sticking out of it , I felt a type of smooth/squishy lump sticking out of the upper-inner part of my vagina . It only hurts when I put more pressure on my right side , but not a really painful pain . Please help say what it could possibly be ..
