Pain In Wrist, Legs, Lower Back And Abdominal, Swelling Wrist, Brain Lesion, Diagnosed Fibromyalgia. Suggestion?

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia but am not sure of this diagnosis. I have swelling and pain in both wrists, pain in legs when i sit for too long, lower back pain, cannot sleep thru the night and am extremely fatigued, plus right abdominal pain that goes around into back area near kidneys. I have a brain lesion where brain hemispheres meet, however no lesions on spine and visual test was fine. Have not had spinal tap to see if I have ms. Overal pain in body almost all the time. The multiple and persistent intermittent pains that you are having with no detectable cause for the pains can be due to fibromyalgia. The treatment involves pain killers, muscle relaxants and hot fomentation with regular physiotherapy.
