Pain, Itch And Burning In Labia And Clitoris. Have History Of E.Coli Infections

Hi. I'm 36 years,after my chid birth before 12 years I have genital problems. Candida, E .coli often , but general problems are pain behind citoris where burning goes to big labia and how to walk on vagina enter. Burning also start under clitoris and there is iching first. After urinating is worst about burnig on labias and clitoris. Long time dont have e.coli. Before days when my ovum start have pains in abdomen who are until start period.
Simply I feel very lost in myn femmines.
My heiight is 168 , weight 58kg

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having chronic fungal infection on the part.
Go for one course of oral anti-fungal tablet like Flucanozole 150 mg once in a week for 4 weeks.
Go for same course to your husband as well.
apply anti-fungal cream locally.
Keep local hygiene healthy.
