Pain On The Left Side Of Under Back Of Neck, Absolut 3g Capsules, Escitalopram, Ultrasonic Massage
since last two months iam suffuring from pain on the left side of under back of neck my doctor has advised me to take absolut 3g capsules and escitalopram and ultrasonicmassage is this the right treatment

Absolut 3 is an herbal compound, the efficacy of which is not clinically proven. Escitalopram belongs to SSRI group of drugs used in the treatment of Depression. So, I do not think both these are the right treatment for neck pain.
Yes, ultrasonic massage is one of the treatment modalities for neck pain and is right.
