Pain, Pressure And Fullness In Epigastrium, Dysphasia And Gas After Taking Prednisolone For Asthma Symptoms. Recommend

I'm taking steroid tablets (prednisolone) for exacerbated asthma symptoms. Since starting, I've had pain, pressure & fullness in the epigastrium, dysphasia and frequent gaseous pressure/pain. Have I exacerbated my very mild gastro-oesophageal reflux with the prednisolone?? Would you recommend simple PPI therapy?? Thank you so much!

Hello
you have to take prednisolone after food and if you take for long term you should take PPI along with prednisolone and also calcium with vitamin D3 supplements has to be taken.
PPI should be used before breakfast in the morning preferable on empty stomach that is one hour before breakfast.
Thank you and get well soon.
