Pain Under Left Breast, Passed To Back And Stomach. Did Popping. What Could It Be?

7 days ago I started feeling this sharp pain under my left breast that felt like it went all the way to my back. I figured it was just a pulled muscle. But it started to spread. Last night I had a friend pop my back... I thought it would help. I think he pushed a little too hard because I woke up and now it hurts when I take a deep breath, sit up, turn my body or touch my toes. It hurts in my stomach and my back.
What could be wrong here?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain that you are feeling after a popping sensation is likely to be due to a muscle tear due to excessive strain in the area. Rest, hot fomentation, mild pain killers and using a chest belt will help you.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
