Pain Under Right Breast Bone To Back. Suffering From Arthritis. Cause Of Pain?

I have a pain that comes and goes under the right breastbone and goes thru to my back,, I do have serious arthritis problems with my back for which I go to a pain clinic every 90 days for steroid injections. Could my pain be caused from gas or a pulled muscle. I can't seem to find an answer on the internet relating to this.

Hi,
From history you might be having costo-chondritis.
Apply some analgesic cream locally.
Take calcium, Vitamin A and D supplements.
Ok and take care.
