Pain When Swallowing When Lying Down, Feeling Of Something Moving In Right Side Of Throat While Swallowing. Suggest

Hi just recently I have been getting pain on swallowing - mainly when I am lying down or have my head in a certain position. I also get this sensation of something moving and makes a funny grinding noise when I swallow in a certain way . This sensation occurs on the right side of my throat. Any advice please? Ta

Hi,it appears that there some erosion , or tonsil grouth on the right side, that is why you are getting the sensation on that side. I advise you to consult an E.N.T.surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptom prescribe erythrocin 500 BD, and decongestants, for relief. Thank you.
