Pain While, After Intercourse. Ovaries Are Fine. Don't Want To Go For Birth Control To Regulate Periods.

I am female, 35 years old. Since Febuary, my period was coming every two weeks. Last month, it extended to three weeks and now again I am at 3 weeks, waiting for my period. There are times after intercourse, there is pain where it is hard to move. I have to wait for the stomach pain to go away. There is some pain during intercourse, but not much. I am extremely tired all the time and moody. I was told three years ago, I was starting menopause. But when I went to the OB a few months ago, they said that I was not and that my ovaries were fine. They wanted to put me on birth control to help regulate my periods (originally went for a cyst - but it was gone when I had the ultrasound done). I can not take the birth control as they make me cry all the time. My tubes were tied 6 years ago this coming February. Is it possible to be going through menopause or is there any chance I could be pregnant?

Hi,
From history it seems that it is too early to have menopause.
Go for Gynaec check up to rule out any pathology in the uterus.
If every thing is fine then it is advisable to go for 3-4 hormonal cyclical treatment for your problem.
This will regular your period.
If require gynaec will advice D & C procedure as well.
As you had tube ligation, there is no chance of having pregnancy.
Ok and take care.
