Pain While Sitting Long Hours Or Trying Standing Up, On Applying Brake While Driving. Why?

i experience a lot of pain when i sit down for a long time or when i try to stand up. The main seems to occur depending on which side of my bottom i am putting pressure on, for example, if I lean more to the right it seems to hurt more than if i lean to the left. i find when i drive when i try to brake it hurts. What can i do?

Hi,
If you are elderly then there might be possibility of having artheritis changes in your spines or hip joint.
Go for x-ray of lower spines and hip joint.
Go for back extension exercise daily.
Take calcium, vitamin A and D supplements.
Ok and take care.
