Pain While Urinating. Diagnosed With UTI. Small Sore Bumps Around Vagina. Cause?

A couple days ago, I experienced extreme pain when I urinated. I went to a doctor and was diagnosed with UTI, and was given antibiotics for 5 days. The day after I noticed small bumps appearing around my vagina and anus. More bumps have appeared since then, and they are really sore, causing discomfort.
The pain when urinating has subsided somewhat since taking the antibiotics, but the bumps are becoming extremely sore and itchy.

Are they linked to the UTI? Or it is caused by something else?
