Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed Acute Fissure in Anus. However this can be confirmed only on clinical and rectal examination by a qualified Surgeon.

Please consult qualified General Surgeon for clinical examination and further treatment.

You need to take stool softener and pain killers along with some local anaesthetic jelly for local application.
