Painful, Colorless Lump On Inside Of Butt Cheek. Could This Be Lipoma?
3 days ago i felt a hard painful colorless lump the size of an enlarged lima bean on the inside of my butt cheek. I will see my doctor tomorrow but thought I would ask if it were a lipoma it wouldn't be painful, right? and if it is a boil it isn't red at all nor does it have a head on it - no pus.

From history it seems that you might be having ingrown hair follicle infection and now forming abscess.
As duration is only 3 days, chance of having lipoma or cyst is less likely.
Go for one course of antibiotic and you will be alright.
