Painful Fall Face Down, Chest Pain, Cough And Sneeze Unbearable. What Is Wrong?

I had a face-down fall about a couple of weeks ago in the bathroom. Since i didn't have much pain immediately after, i forgot all about it. However, since the last 3 to 4 days, I have a constant pain on the right side of my chest, somewhere deep inside; so much so that even bringing the right hand forward to pick up something has become an ordeal. It also hurts more every time i cough/sneeze, or the car passes over a bumper. Please suggest.
