Painful Hemorrhoids. Abdominal Cramps. Remedy?
I believe I have a clotted hemorrhoid, its very painful, I bleed a ton when I have a bowel movement. For the past few days my stomach has been feeling weird, it feels like I have period cramps but I don't have my period. I would go see a doctor but I dont have health insurance, I've used preparation h and wich hazel ...and nothing, I guess I'm wondering what I should do now?

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
When you that , you are a patient of hemorrhoids than ,why not consult a surgeon and get in his opinion.
As far as concerned about pain in stomach , this is due to tension and tension produced hyper acidity.
Only OTC products for both may provide you some relief.
