Painful Legs And Neck. What Is The Reason?

hello doctor , am nadia from morocco, my mamy suffer from romatesm, she has a pain in her leges her neck, she made analyses and the doctor gives her some medicine to calm down the pain. but the problem now is that there is something like bones appear in her legs and her neck. my question doctor is what is the reasons of this bones.thank you doctor.
