Painful Lumps Near The Base Of Neck That Hurts While Moving Forward
I found two lumps near the base of my neck just yesterday. They're a little painful and before, I had a lump just below my hairline which had been there for a few weeks but recently decreased in size, however is still there. This lump uses to be quite sensitive and hurt when I moved my head forward. Should I be worried?
HI Thank for asking to HCM This could be cervical lymph node, some time it becomes tender, due to some silent infection, and this can be managed with the NSAID if this is too much hurting, otherwise this will go away without the treatment, you have to keep watch on other symptom like fever, loss of weight, and appetite, for the pain relief you can take the "TAB. Ibuprofen 400 mg" twice a day, hope this information helps you, take care, bye.
