Painful Sciatica, Difficult To Walk. How To Reduce Pain? Acupuncture Can Help?
I have very painfull sciatica I can hardly. Walk with it it stops me in my tracks as my legs get heavy and feel weak I've had it for about 3-4 wks but it seems more painfull then it has ever been what can I take for the pain also I have an exercise bike would it be okay to ride it or would it make matters worse i like to go walking to keep fit but Now it seems impossible I have been told accapuncture is an option but is it a cure do you need many sessions to improve the condition.
