Painful Shoulder Joint. Can Not Lift The Hand. Reason?

Hi Dr. Lundi, can you tell me the possibilities of my mild painful right shoulder joint(started a year ago, I can't raise it up as normal straight as I used to) and armpit(I think a lymph node, it started hurting a month ago. It's not hunting all the time, but when my period comes, I can fell the pain pretty obvious. When I press on it, I can sense the pain.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Since pain in the shoulder joint is from one year.
May be due to disease ( infection ) in the head of humerus bone .
May be due to deltoid muscles sprain ( chronic ) as from stress of force during movement of shoulder joint one year back.
Pain in lymph node and enlargement may be due to infection in breast as these lymph node drains lymph from breast and its tail lies in axilla.
Consult an Orthopaedician for shoulder joint and surgeon for breast examination.
