Painful, Spongy Swelling In Side Of Face, Itchiness, Cough, Fatigue. History Of Treated With Antibiotics For Suspected Cellulitis. Ideas?

Hi, 8 weeks, one half of my face swelled quite badly. Walk in centre suspected celluitus and gave me antibiotics which worked. Few days ago, same thing happened. Both times, swelling started at the side of my nose, felt spongy and was painful. A different doctor told me it's unlikely to be cellulitus because I didnt have any swelling last time nor now.
Because I got on antibiotics quicker this time, the swelling is quite small. Other symptoms are itchiness, occasional coughing, slight ear-ache, tiredness and a general feeling of being unwell. What could it be?

HELLO
YOU HAVE NOT MENTIONED THE REASON WHY THE SWELLING OCURED... I MEAN IT MAY BE BECAUSE OF ANY KIND OF ACCIDENT OR MAY BE TOOTH INFECTION...
FIRST OF ALL GO FOR A DENTAL CHECK UP IF YOU HAVE ANY CARIOUS TOOTH OR ANY ABSCESS REGARDING YOUR TEETH IN MAXILLA..
ALSO YOU CAN GO FOR AN X RAY TO KNOW ABOUT THE SWELLING OR A CT SCAN WILL BE BETTER OPTION...
PLEASE VISIT YOUR GENERAL PHYSICIAN FOR CHECK UP.
YES ANTIBIOTICS AND PAIN KILLERS WILL HELP BUT PROPER DIAGNOSIS IS MUST.
HOPE IT HELPS
