Painful Urination, Painful Ejaculation, Pressure Sensation. On Cipro. Sufficient?

Hi, I am a 39 year old male having painful urination and ejaculation for a week. It only occurs on initial urine flow and then goes away. Feels like pressure not burning. Sometimes urine is separated into two streams especially in the morning. Have been on Cipro for 4 days with no change. No discharge or increased frequency either. Thanks

Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have paiful urination and painful ejaculation.

This is most likely to be due to UTI.

Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms responsible for infection and take appropriate antibiotics after getting the culture report.
Dr.Patil.
