Painless Throbbing In My Head, Light-headedness And Mild Nausea, Hypovolemia Or Hypogylcaemia

I have a painless throbbing in my head which is associated with light-headedness and mild nausea. It does not appear to be due to hypovolemia or hypogylcaemia. I m 23 with a history of generalised anxiety disorder and previous iron deficiency anemia

Hi, as u hv history of anemia, this can be a contributing factor to your problem. Suggest to hv a diet full of fruits an green leafy vegetables. Keep regular data of your Hb level. Will help you during further visits to a doctors.Tc
