Emergency Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seems that you might be having an increased intestinal motility which is stimulated by food.

I would suggest that you can take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along with an antibiotic like Ciprofloxacin 500mg twice daily along with Metronidazole 400 mg thrice daily after meals. A probiotic along with digestive enzyme preparation containing pepsin and fungal diastase after meals will be helpful.

Eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
