Pelvic Cramps, Inconsistent Bleeding During Menstruation, Hot Flashes And Dizzy. What Does This Indicate?

I'm 23 and my periods are regular.I'm sexually active and I don't exercise at all.I work two jobs.On October 16 I started my period.During my period I have a lot of cramps and its very heavy.I use at least 8 pads a day.It lasted til 20.On October 23rd me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex. Then on October 29th we had unprotected sex again.I'm sure round October 29th I was ovulating. On November the 11th I got this heavy bleeding.I dont know if it was my period or breakthrough bleeding. This time I didn't have any cramps and the bleeding was light to where I only had to use about 3 pads a day. That lasted til November 14th.By the morning of November 14th it had completely stopped. So I went on with my day.November 16th came along and I notice that when I wipe after using the restroom I have dark blood on the tissue. So I put on a pantyliner thinking I was bout to start bleeding again but there was nothing else that whole day.Til today there is still no more blood and I don't know what to think.I just now started back taking my vitamins.I'm experiencing cramps in my pelvic region, headaches,I'm always hungry,I always feel like I have to throw up,I feel dizzy sometimes, and I'm always hot.It feels like I'm having hot flashes which can't be right. What do you think it could be?Please write your query here

Hello and welcome to HCM,
You are having irregular and heavy menstrual cycles.
Presence of heavy bleeding is called polymenorrhea.
The most common cause of menstrual irregularities is related to hormonal disturbances in the body.
This problem is very common.
You need to consult a gynecologist for clinical examination and relevant investigations.
An ultrasound and endometrial curettage needs to be done to know the status of the uterine lining.
Excessive bleeding is commonly caused due to endometrial hyperplasia. This condition is corrected by progesterone therapy.
However, the exact cause can be determined only after the investigations are done.

Thanks and take care
