Hello ma'am.

In such a scenario I would first have to advice a repeat ultrasound, but this time a more specific type of ultrasound scan called a transvaginal ultrasound scan, along with a blood investigation to chrck on your hormone levels. Onlu after these two investigations will I be able to accurately tell you what is happening. The sudden disappearancr of a 3cm cyst from your ovary is quite odd and will have to be confirmed.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
