Pelvic Ultrasound Showed Anteverted Uterus, No Fibroid And Normal Ovaries. Any Pregnancy Issue?

Hi, I recently undergone Pelvic Ultrasound as suggested by Doctor because of missed period. I am 44 years old. The results are as follows: Uterus is anteverted. The endometrial echo complex is central and of normal thickness, measuring 0.4 cm. No evidence of fibroid . Both ovaries are normal in size and echogenecity. No adnexal solid or cystic mass seen No free fluid in Dougla s pouch. Kindly advise whether I have any issues for getting pregnant.. Thank you,

Hello welcome to HCM
As per your sonogram report , there is no issue with pregnancy . It is quite a normal study . You need not to worry. Once you find the gestational sac , then only we can say that you are pregnant .
The exact reason for your missed period is you entering into menopause.... So don't worry.
