Pelvic Ultrasound Shows Gravid Uterus, Femoral Length, Cardiac And Somatic Activity. What Does It Mean?

Hi im Mrs. Manguiat ..Im 23 yrs old,the result of my pelvic ultrasound is:
Within the gravid uterus is a single live fetus in cephalic presentation with the following measurements.
Biparietal diameter:6.67cm(26weeks and 4days)
Femoral length:4.82cm (25weeks and 5days)
Abdominal circumference 21.8cm(26weeks and 0days)
Head circumferencem:24.1cm (25weeks and 4days)
Real time scan shows good cardiac and somatic activity.
Fetal heart=163 beats/minute.
Placenta is implanted posteriorly grade 2 maturity,high lying.there is adequate amount of amniotic fluid...
Question:what does this result means?is it in normal ranges?..

Thanks for writing in.

I would have liked if you could share the impression mentioned in your report as it is a summary of all findings and gives average fetal age.

However from what you have written, all parameters are in normal range.
I suppose you are in your 25 - 26 weeks of pregnancy as per findings.
The heart rate and placental position are normal.
Head, abdominal circumference, femur length (thigh bone) are all normal.
