Penis Weeping Under Foreskin, Itches, Discharge Clear Fluid From Tip. What Could It Be?

Hi, I keep waking up in the night to find that my penis is weeping under the foreskin. It itches uncontrollably and often during the day I discharge a clear fluid from the tip. I haven t had sex in over several weeks and this only appeared yesterday. What could it be?

Hi. First of all go for blood Sugar tests. Fasting and one and half hour after food on the same day , as also go for Urine Tests. This can be what we call in our language as balanoposthitis, meaning infection of the part you discussed and diabetes can be one reason for this . Other reasons are not cleaning properly. A course f Antibiotics with twice daily cleaning with water and making it dry with a cotton cloth will help solve your problem. If diabetes is there , you need to consult a Physician.
