Periods Irregular After Third Delivery, Dark Brownish Discharge During Periods, Pain In Lower Abdomen. Reason?

I am a 25year old mother of 3 since i had my youngest 2years ago my periods are very irregular i only get one every couple of months my doc said scans and bloods are normal. I had what i taught was a period over 3weeks ago it was really dark and brownish but now all day im getting stabbing shooting pains in the middle of my lower abdomen any idea what it could be

Hi, You are 25 years, mother of 3 , you got irregular periods, and discharge is dark brownish, and there is stabbing pain in the middle of lower abdomen.
It is a clear cut case of infection, there may be associated anemia. I advise you to consult a gynacologist. If it is to my patients i prescribe combination of ofloxacin and ornidazole, dicyclomine , followed by iron preparation, for long term use.
I advise you to take, green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and proteine foods. Thank you.
