I have a prob of recurring cold 2wice a year: winters change in season when they start n towards the end?is there any permanent cure?

What you have is seasonal allergic rhinitis AS it is allergic there is no cure But you can take a few precautions to make your life a little easier Drink plenty of water : keep yourself warm especially in the early mornings because: you can have severe sneezing on exposure to cold
