Persistent Blocked Nose. Plastic Surgery Only Option ?

Hi, for years I have hated my nose . At most times than not it is stuffed in one or both nostrils, if not then it is runny and my nose is red from the constant wiping and tissues. Rare occasions I can breathe normally, but that doesn t last more than an hour or so. I have not research deviated symptoms but my family has said I should have surgery for it, I have gone as far as to say I would go under plastic surgery to also shape my nose to a better version. But the real problem at hand right now is this constant running , it is literally coming out of my nose with close consistency of water and at the rate of small leakage in a pipe. I was recently in California (northern region) and had the best 2 months of my Nose life... I just got back into Vegas yesterday and my nose is about 50% worse than it was when I left Vegas. I can t go many more days like this, my life is full of nose problems. Any advice Doc?
