Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
Your problem is most likely a bartholinitis, inflammation of glands on sides of labia or just a boil. For my patients with such condition i treat with antibiotics and advise to apply betadine ointment locally. In case of abscess collection i advise incision and drainage.I also advise my patients to use intimate wash to normalize the bacterial flora and there by prevent them from further infection.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
