Persistent Headache, Joint Pain, Fatigue, A Bruise. Blood Test, X-ray- Fine. Swollen Lympnodes. Cancer?
Hi, I recently went to my General DR because of Headache persistent, joint pain, fatigue and a bruise I couldn't explain. The DR did a check on my abdomen, chest xray, bloodtest and lymph nodes . The blood work he said was fine except I was a little anemic, normal for me. Xray fine, abdomen fine but lymphnodes a little swollen. Should I be worried about Cancer and seek more advice?

Lymphnode swelling is present not just in cancer. It can occur in a number of other conditions as well. Cancer depends on a number of factors such as age, sex, genetic predisposition, exposure to carcinogens, etc. Also the symptoms depend on the kind of cancer that is effecting. You can ask your doctor about your apprehensions so that he can do some more detailed investigations which will be able to confirm the diagnosis.
