Pin Poking Pain In Nipple Increasing And Can Be Felt During Movement. What Is Causing This Pain?

yeaterday while going to college i sensed this light pain of poking with pin in right side nipple bye evening it increased.whenever i touched my nipple to find exact place of paining its paining more.today morning i sensed it while i was waking and could feel it even when i moved .but,when i touched it i can asense it more.what would be the reason??

The pain could be idiopathic in nature however to rule out any infective or any other cause you should get an ultrasound done. Is there any discharge on pressing the nipple if yes the nature of discharge is very important . also u should palpate( try to feel) your breast with the flat of your fingers and see if you feel a lump . also examine the skin of your breast. can you see any change. If yes please consult a surgeon asap.
