Pin Prick All Over Infant S Body, Red Spots, Behind Ears And On Face, Lost Appetite. On Antibiotics. Finish The Course?

My 8 month old baby has pin prick like red spots over his body but not on his face or behind his ears. It doesn't seem to bother him and hasn't got a temperature nor has he lost his appetite but just a little concerned as to why they are there. He was on 2 courses of antibiotics recently but finished the 2nd course over a week ago now.

Hello,
Thanks for the query,

Hello these tiny red lesions can be miliaria.

It is blockadge of sweat glands.

This is quiet common in infants,
mainly in areas of body occluded by clothes.

Use talc powder, he will be fine.

Let me know if you have any doubt.

Meet a dermatologist, if lesions persist or aggravate.
