Pins And Needles Felt Down Arm, Hands, Dull Pain In Chest, Stressed. Tests Normal. Cause?

Hi I have pins and needles down left arm and hand which is sometimes accompanied by dull pain in left chest. I have been through stressful time at work but this has passed without any relief in condition. ECG bloods and blood pressure all normal Problem seems to be worse at night or when supine.. Any ideas what it could be

Hi,

That problem could be because of nerve compression at the spinal region. A physical examination may help. Some times further investigations like X ray spine etc may be required to arrive at the cause.
