Pins And Needles On Left Side From Face To Toes. Any Ideas?

I have pain and pins and needles on my left side from face to toes. No chest pain or sharp pains but very uncomfortable. It is making breast feeding difficult. Any ideas in what this could be and if you think there is anything that requires emergent treatment? I have had similar symptoms in the past but no diagnosis. It is worse this time
