Placental Maturity Grade 2, Baby Weighing 1110 Gms, Fasting Blood Sugar 105, Post Lunch 182. Risks?

hi.. doctor, i had a query, that is disturbing me alot. i am 32 weeks pregnant & my tiffa scan report shown me that i have placental maturity grade 2 n baby weighing about 1110grms. and shocked to hear that my fasting blood sugar is 105. & post lunch blood sugar is 182... plz help me out via your. Is there any risk to my baby or me, as my placenta maturity is grade 2

Placental maturity reflects the ageing of the placenta.
Grade 2 maturity is alright.
Your problem is gestational diabetes.
There are definite risks to you such as metabolic complications, renal damage, risk of cesarean delivery, and risks to baby such as anomalies, growth problems, sudden intrauterine death etc.
the baby weight is also quite low for 32 weeks.
Please consult an endocrinologist for immediate management of diabetes.
For the growth restriction, consult your obstetrician as the baby is at risk.
