Please Explain Me About My Cervical And Lumbar MRI Report

Cervical MRI: Straightening to mild reversal of the cervical lordosis with disc pathololgy at C3-4,C4-5,C5-6 and C6-7 and neurocompression right midline at C6-7, in a broad based fashion at C5-6 and left of midline at C4-5 where there is a radial annular tear. Lumbar MRI: Disc degradation and spondylosis at L2-3 and L3-4 and disc degradation with posterior shallow disc protrusion at L5-S1. Facet disease. Conus medullaris lies posterior to the L2 vertebral body. I understand most of the conclusion results but I would like to have it explained in simple terms. I also want an opinon on whether or not surgery would be the answer to relieve me of my pain. I have constant pain and burning in my entire left leg with burning in the back of the leg, lower back pain, neck pain that radiates down my arms with decreased range of motion and an electric shock sensation with certain movements. I also have bowel and bladder problems and pain in my left femrol area, worse with sex and/or menstral cramps. Can you help?
