Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The presence of fluid in the pleural and abdominal cavity with mildly enlarged spleen could be related to a chronic infection like tuberculosis or a blood disorder. She needs detailed blood tests under the guidance of a hematologist to find out the cause.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
