Pleura Effusion, Incomplete Filling Of Oral Contrast With Thickening Of Small Bowel Loops, Mesentric Lymphnodes Seen, Enlarged Spleen. Now What?
According to ct scan report, there is a mild left pleural effusion. there is incomplete filling of oral contrast with thickening of small bowel loops seen which measures 0.6cm at its maximum. there is mild loculated ascites mesentric thickening and sub centimeter mesentric lympnodes seen.
patient is a female of age 18 years.
liver is enlarged and shows homogenous parenchyma. no focal mass lesion. portal vein has normal caliber.
Spleen is enlarged and shows homogenous parenchyma. no focal lesion is seen.
